The most successful, reliable and the best line of MAN in the class of single-web rotations, i.e. a machine with a single width of the paper tape, and the double diameter of the printing cylinder.

Very fast with max. output of 75,000 copies an hour, very flexible, as if made for Večernji list and its fast actual changes in regional publications.

The configuration consists of 8-cylinder (rubber-rubber system) which is one of the standard and best technical solutions which easily provides the possibilities for 4 tapes of paper of the 1/1 colour, 2 tapes of paper of the 2/2 colour and the high-quality 4-colour printing with the doubled speed or with doubled number of pages, from 2x48 pages, all the way to 96 pages, with the max. possibility for 80 4/4 pages. The unit can be used both, for cold set, and for heat seat printing

The drive solution is by independent non-axle AC motors (servo-motors) which, at the specified speed, achieve the ideal synchronization necessary for a perfect register in the multi-colour printing.

The output unit, i.e. the device for bending and cutting, is the 2:3:3 model, it has the possibility of processing as many as 12 tapes of paper at the same time, with longitudinal and additional 3 cross bending, which assures a wide range of different sizes that can be offered to the market. There is a news in the Croatian market included too, in line finishing hard binding, i.e. stapling with wire at the normal production speed.

The TECOSYS system for web logistics manages and synchronizes the path and constancy of tightening of the paper tape, from the roll to the output unit, by which the stability and high quality of the colour range and of the paper are guaranteed at different speeds of operation of the printing machine.

Finally, the PECOM system (the brain of the machine), (process elec. control organiz. management), specially developed for monitoring and control of the whole production process, from the production plan, all the way to the analysis and calculation).

In case of any technical standstills, there is the telesupport centre available, the 24-hour on-line servicing and support in printing, and even when everything goes on smoothly, it optimizes production by its advice.
